The Amulet of Dionysus

An ancient bronze amulet forged of bronze metal chains, set with a dull amber gemstone. It exudes the magic of the Greek god of wine, pleasure, insanity, fertility and religious ecstasy, Dionysus.

It has no effect on males, but women that simply see this divine jewelry find themselves shedding their clothes and seeking sexual pleasure, leading to masturbation as soon as possible and intercourse with others (regardless of their sexual orientation). They are completely incognizant of this and unaware that these indecent and wanton acts (by our standards) are even occurring. Generally, they will attempt to continue their conversation or nearby activities, such as cooking, doing their taxes, or giving a lecture, but not running a marathon, swimming in a pool or anything else reliant on movement.

A man that wears the amulet will find himself completely imperceivable by women, almost as a non-existent ghost, free to ravish any woman. On a subconscious level, the woman feels that they are having sex and may even moan or verbally react, announcing their climax or request that their partner go faster or harder.

In both cases, if the amulet's presence is removed, the effects will wear off after some time. Depending on the woman's mental resistance, it can be anywhere from less than 10 minutes to a few hours, hastened if other people point out their nudity. While in the amulet's presence, women are unable to recognize anything out of the ordinary, even if directly pointed out or demonstrated. Important to note: those affected by the amulet do not remember anything out of the ordinary from their time under the influence. They may attempt to rationalize what happened, but if the evidence left behind is compelling enough they may become suspicious.
