Ambush (Shadow Dragon)

The trolls lay in wait, they had led you back through the forest to the road that leads to your castle. You had shared some of the pain killing bark with a few members of the tribe as they shared the same cough that Zuljah had. The carriage driver flailed wildly with a dagger and his dagger’s shadow managed to cut into the troll’s arm. The troll cried out in pain grabbed the driver and swallowed him down too.

Whilst this was happening the shadow dragon had moved around the front of the carriage, it was looking more like a dragon now and swallowed two of the horses whole. It used it’s claw to cut the rains then moved to swallow the other two horses who were whinnying with fear.

It was then that Ahoshta stuck his head out of the carriage. Zuljah in her shadow from swept forward and swallowed him whole. The injured male swallowed the dead guards and strapped the dead horses to the back of the dragon. They too headed back to the village.
