Amazing Fantasy, Part 1

Within the Borough of Queens in Long Island, New York City is the New York Hall of Science deep in Flushing Meadows. Several men are hard at work putting together the equipment for the presentation that was going to be given by Dr. Eric Schwinner. No 1 noticed the yellow and black spider crawling around the floor, being careful to stay away from the gigantic, bipedal creatures around it. It had been quite some time since the large creature with shiny face used magic to transport the arachnid to this place and did not know why it was here and so the 8-legged creature thus began exploring its surroundings. All in hoping it could find decent prey to sink its fangs into, not knowing that the flesh it would bite into would be the same species as the giants lumbering about.

Somewhere in Forest Hills in the same borough as the Science Hall is Midtown High School, the educational center for a current generation of New Yorkers. Alone walked Peter Benjamin Parker with books in hand, he is a stereotypical nerd if you ever saw one. Bespectacled and brown hair swept back, he walked as if the whole world were against him. An introvert like this boy hardly HAD any friends. Peter turned his head slightly when he overheard a group of students laughing and planning an event.
