Maxima was sitting on her throne. Plotting on what to do.
Cosmic being: "Congrats. You have been chosen to have power from the gods. People will do, dress and become what ever you want. With a word you can make them into mindless drones or feline themed accomplices. But at the end of 24 hours they go... back... to... normal... Unless... you convince them to freely offer themselves to you. The rules are you can not command them to surrender themselves to you, they must be played with so that they are willing to surrender themselves to you. If they offer themselves to you, the changes become permanent and they are yours forever. Any who don't offer themselves to you revert back to normal and accept the changes in the others as if it had always been that way."
