Alternative: Sci Fi Future! (new)

In this scenario, humanity has advanced technologically over the last five hundred years. The heightened development of dna sequencing, space travel and automation has made a world in which nobody wants for anything! However, around 100 years ago the population of humans started to decline. It became clear as the powers that be were looking into this issue that humans had become much less virile than they were in previous generations. Now, it takes months of constant fertilization for a pregnancy to occur. Not wanting the human species to die out, several options were put to vote. Breeding farms, cloning, mass IVF, sperm harvesting. Since the public had the option of voting on this issue, eventually it was decided that a worldwide free use policy would be put in place. Some of those other options started up, but they fell to the wayside once the population started stabilizing a couple years later. In the modern day, most people have been modified for attraction and performance in bed. Some choose to give themselves larger assets, animal ears/tails, or even a second body. The general attitude toward sex varies, but the most common is at a midpoint between it being a duty of every human to be working toward a prosperous future, indifference, and horny indulgent hedonism.
