Katherine looked at the name on the file and her mood suddenly changed from happy to mad as she flipped open the cover. Inside staring at her was the picture of her sister. It was like looking into a mirror as she read down the report getting madder and madder. It seemed that her sister's pimp had been arrested outside a well-known brothel in the redlight district downtown. Katherine had always known her sister was a hooker and had a pimp but this time he had been arrested for ****, resisting arrest and trying to escape lawful detention. She calmed her temper and pressed a button on the intercom "Isabella would you have the watch commander come up to my office with office Hames?" Isabella replied yes and Katherine clicked off the intercom and waited thinking about her sister. When they were growing up Jillian had always been getting in trouble but not enough to attract police attention and it was a surprise to Katherine and her parents when Jillian enrolled in the police academy and now she was a cheap hooker with a pimp. Katherine thanked Isabella and watched the twenty-five-year-old blonde secretary turn and leave.

Soon her intercom buzzed announcing the arrival of the watch commander and officer Hames. They were ushered in and the door was shut and Katherine wasted no time in getting a report from Officer Hames. "Well, ma'am I was patrolling my beat when I heard a scream coming from an alleyway. I ran to the alleyway and saw a hooker and her pimp fighting. I broke up the fight and after a brief interrogation, I was required to call an ambulance for one of the women Ms Jillian Frost. I had **** but to arrest the man now identified as Alonso Gomez and bring him to the station where he tried to escape custody." Katherine regarded officer Hames asking her why she had not arrested both women to which officer Hames replied that her priority was medical care and she would go arrest her at the hospital. Then Katherine asked Officer Hames if she knew who the accused was she nodded her head replying that she knew she was the Chief's sister's pimp. Katherine told her to relax and that she had done the right thing then turned to the watch commander telling him that the suspect was to be treated like any other suspect. The watch commander nodded and both he and Officer Hames both left the chief's office.
