Allow her to flee by removing 'all' of her 'impediments'

The noblemen are out of shape and lumbering, having grown fat from the labor of others on their estates in the countryside, probably. Their waddling isn't going to catch up to this slender young lady running for her life, but now she's constrained: her hands bound, feet constricted, on her knees with her ass hanging out.

You're feeling generous, and maybe a little bit eager to deliver some more justice personally, so you decide to move in to provide her with some help. You untie the laces you bound her hands with - an expert knot, if you do say so yourself - and pocket the laces. They might come in handy. You move your hands further down, running them along her exposed butt, down the outside of her thighs, and to her pants and underwear.

Mustering your best expert opinion-voice, you declare: "Tsk, these sure do hobble her movement. This way she's never going to escape. I better remedy this", and you slide her leather pants off her legs, followed by her underwear. Then you fling them across your shoulders, pinch her butt for good measure, and walk back to from where you were watching, allowing yourself to ease back into the normal pace of time.

The thief immediately notices her hands are free, and a split-second later that her legs are free because her pants and underwear are gone. Quickly getting over her shock, but clearly embarrassed at her exposed butt and crotch, she immediately gets up and makes a run for it, hands covering her front and back.

After a short distance one of the nobles makes a dismissive gesture with his hand, indicating he doesn't think it's worth pursuing her, and begins collecting the scattered coins instead. The other, already out of breath, seems to agree. You snatch a couple of the coins yourself - you are a master thief after all, and set out to find your little refugee from justice, to provide some additional justice.
