Every news channel was breaking records for number of viewers as everyone waited for the announcement. Finally it came and the world learned of its new humiliating law. Women everywhere couldn't believe it. It felt misogynistic. Why are they forced to do something so lewd after already being objectified for so many years?!

At first, people assumed that it wouldn't be too bad. That they could wear dresses to cover up their lower half. The law makers quickly found and fixed the loop hole, making it so each women's pussy and butt had to be exposed at all times. There exceptions, like if someone was sitting down, then it's not their fault their butt is hidden away. But in most cases, if someone does cover up their lower half and wear something like a long dress or a skirt, then they get in big trouble. The person who caught them committing their 'crime' could then do whatever they wanted to the persons pussy. Even fucking it if they wanted to.

The law makers said the punishment was so extreme to ensure that everyone obeyed the law and that the law was so important because of a few reasons. One, to remind everyone where we all come from and that women should be praised. The second reason was similar to the FreeTheNipple campaign. People shouldn't be ashamed of private parts or nudity and this law will make everyone more comfortable with each others bodies. Of course, everyone knew that bullshit. It was a lie. A sham. The law makers were just perverts.
