Aliska tells One the truth

"All right!" shouted Aliska. "I'll tell you who I am. My name is Aliska. Some people in certain circles know me as The Night Raven. I was trying to sneak into the Emerald Tower because I wish to steal the Treasure of Turon, right out from under Ferok's nose."

One started laughing. "Well I'll be! I've certainly heard of you. Do you really think you can sneak into the tower, dressed as a thief? Ferok would certainly do some very unspeakable things to you, if he caught you."

"That is IF he caught me" interjected Aliska.

"I hate to point this out to you," said One, "but I caught you, my lady. If a simple rider like me can catch you, just think what Ferok is capable of. Don't let your arrogance become your undoing." One continued "What were you planning on doing, any way? Just walking right in and waltzing right out? All by yourself?"

Aliska sighed. "I see your point. I was just going to improvise as I went. I let my ego get carried away."

"Listen, Aliska. We all hate Ferok. We'd all like to see the Emerald Tower fall, or even change hands to a better overlord, if nothing else. There are only a few people who are even willing to live near the Emerald Tower. I don't even know how they do it, to be honest with you. Ferok always takes everything he wants."

"You talk like you know from experience."

"I do, Aliska. I lost someone very near and dear to me to Ferok. He came in the middle of the night, and took her away. I will never know what happened to her."

Aliska was silent for a while. "I'm so sorry. Who was she?"

One took in a deep breath and sighed. "Her name was Tamira. We were supposed to be married. that is, until Ferok took her. She was a tall, fearless, headstrong young woman. Her fiery hair matched her fiery temper. You see, Ferok loves women like her. He loves to break them."

Aliska was now silently thinking about what might have happened to her, had she succeeded in entering the Emerald Tower inside the barrel. She suddenly felt thankful her idea failed. Yet she didn't want to give up on her quest, either.

"You're determined to go, aren't you, Aliska?" asked One.

"Yes," she replied, "but this time for a greater reason than to steal a treasure. It's for Tamira, for you, and for everyone else this conjuring asshole has enslaved. It's time to put an end to him."

"Then go with a plan, and don't go alone."

"Well I can't exactly go anywhere naked!" exclaimed Aliska. Then an idea came to her. "Or can I?"
