Alex tries to help

Alexis's voice cuts through the monotony of Ms. Eulr's lecture, her words laced with a sense of urgency. "Excuse me, Ms. Eulr? I'm so sorry to interrupt, but I'm not feeling well. May I please go to the nurse's office?" She pauses, her eyes darting towards Jenny, who's now mortified, her face a deep crimson. "And may Jenny come with me? I, uh, I need her help."

Ms. Eulr's expression remains stern, but a hint of curiosity flickers in her eyes. She nods curtly, her voice firm. "Very well. You may both go. But I expect you to catch up on any material you miss."

Alexis quickly gathers her belongings, her eyes darting towards Jenny, who's still mortified, her face a deep crimson. She mouths "come on" to Jenny, who hesitantly gets up from her seat, her eyes scanning the room as if searching for an escape route. The sound of shuffling papers and murmured conversations fills the air as the other students turn to watch the commotion.

As they make their way to the door, Alexis can feel the weight of her classmates' gazes upon them. She tries to maintain a neutral expression, but her eyes betray her concern for Jenny.
