Albina might be good to have with you, you decide - if only because you'd like to continue to build common ground with her. You glance over your reflection one more time, then head down to the main house to seek her out.

You find her reading in the garden. "Albina!" You call. She looks up at you {if Albina < 0}frostily{else}in surprise{endif}.

"Yes, Gaius?"

"I'm off to visit the local Roman Legion today. I was wondering if you might be willing to accompany me?"

Albina frowns. {if Albina < 0}"I don't know about that, Gaius. Are you sure there isn't anyone...else...you'd like to devote your time to?" she asks archly.{else}"I...suppose I could do that. I should probably ask one of my parents first, of course..."{endif}

"There's no need for that, Albina," you reply with a smile. "{if Albina < 0}Look, I'm sorry about what happened the other day, but{endif}I need your help. And this will help the whole estate, the house, the land..."

Albina {if Albina < 0}sighs{else}smiles slightly{endif} and nods. "Very well. Just let me put my book away and we'll be off."

You smile and watch her leave. In a few minutes, you're both on the road.
