Alaina leaves flustered

Sadie let the tension thicken like syrup between them.

Then, Alaina blinked - like waking from a daze - and stepped back, adjusting the collar of her windbreaker without noticing how snug it had become across her chest.

“I guess I don’t need to ruin my night by filing a report about unauthorized access,” she said, voice steady again, though her posture had softened. More curves, more sway. Still trying to fit a tone into a body that no longer matched it. “If you say Dr. Kekyll let you down here, I’ll take it up with him. So, whatever you’re doing down here… don’t. Next time, I won’t be so polite.”

She turned.

The motion pulled the coat tighter across her hips, the fabric catching for just a second at the curve of her ass before falling loose again. Her heels clicked against the polished floor with a sharper cadence now, echoing through the dim lab.

Sadie watched every step.

Alaina didn’t look back.

Didn’t see the way her silhouette stretched with each stride, hips rotating just slightly more than necessary, the bounce of her chest unapologetic beneath the thin white coat.

The door hissed open and shut behind her.

Silence.

Sadie licked her bottom lip. Smiled. “Oh, I’m going have to find you later, Alaina. You’re going to need thorough review. But, for now…”

And she turned back to the console.
