After the game

The game finally finished up. We won 56-3. After the game you started to head toward the locker room to change. Waiting at the tunnel entrance was Jackson.

“You didn’t forget about what we said earlier? That we’d talk after the game?” Jackson asked

“No I didn’t forget. I just thought you were being nice.” You said

“So you heard about my persona?” Jackson asked

“Ya I’ve heard the rumors. You dont date anyone. That your gay. All of them.” You said

“Well I can promise you i’m Not gay. I can assure you that. But the other one is true I have never dated anyone before. I guess its just I want to focus on my potential football career, and none of the girls around here really interested me. For some reason your different, and I like that. I cant put my finger on it but your not like the other girls around here.” He said

“Well it must be becasue I’m new. You have seen all the girls around here since you were little so you just know everyone, and I’m a mystery.” You say trying not to be so flirtatious

“That must be it. You get me. Anyways if you haven’t been picking up what I’ve been putting down, I would really like to take you out on a date sometime.” He asked

“That’s very nice of you but my mother wouldn’t approve me dating anyone.” You say trying to let him down gentility

Just then Zoey and Trevor walked up and joined the conversation.

“Hey you two what are you talking about?” Trevor asked

“I was just asking this fine young lady out on a date.” Jackson said

“Wow you ask someone out quick take a picture babe.” Trevor said

“Haha very funny.” Said Jackson

“So you want to ask my cousin out on a date?” Zoey chimed in.

“Wow I didnt even know this was your cousin. That’s crazy.” Jackson said

“Ya Zoeys my cousin, and she knows how strict my mom is about me dating.” You say hopeing she picks up your message

“You know what Jackson, you owe me one for this, I’ll talk to my aunt so that you can take her out on a date, okay?” Zoey said to Jackson

“Great” you say sarcastically

“It’s a date then... dang i’m Asking you out on a date and I dont even know your name. See i told you I’m new to this.” Jackson said

“It’s Jessica.” you say

“Alright Jessica its a date!” Jackson said
