After talking, they part for now.

"I just told my parents that I ended up falling asleep on this beach," Momo nodded to Denki once she finished texting them. "They're chewing me out a bit over text for being careless, but they're relieved I'm alright."

Denki sighed in relief that things didn't spiral out of control. "Okay, good... So... why is your tail back?" he asked her.

"I don't exactly have control of that," she admitted with a grin. "I can only have legs when I have permission from my owner. Otherwise, they turn back into the tail, a physical representation of my metaphysical binding to the lamp." She ran her hands over the solidified mist, and continued, "Whenever that permission expires, the legs will automatically turn back into the tail, as automatic as my heart beating. I'm completely powerless to stop it."

"You sound pretty happy about that," Denki raised an eyebrow.

"Well, I am a total sub now, Master. Not having a say over whether I have legs, or a leash and chastity belt combo built into my body is a huge turn on," she purred.

"...well, consider it a standing order to always have legs in public so as not to draw attention," he told her. He wasn't the sharpest knife in the drawer, but even he knew that could cause issues. "Also, reform your original clothes. You can do that, right?"

She nodded, and after a moment of mist swirling, she was standing in her original garb, and on her feet. "You'll have to take the lamp, I can't carry it," she told him.

"Some kind of genie rule?" Denki asked curiously, scooping the lamp into his own bag.

She nodded. "To genies, our lamps have infinite weight. I'd make more progress trying to topple Mt. Everest with my bare hands than shifting my lamp in any way."

"I suppose that makes the tail an actual leash for you," he chuckled as they exchanged numbers.

"Call you later, Master," she grinned, kissing his cheek and they quickly parted so she could touch base with her parents.
