After his birthday party Percy brings his girlfriend to his room

Percy woke up rested and feeling normal. As his mother promised, she gathered all of Percy's friends: Grover, Nico, Clarisse, Selina, and Annabeth, along with Paul, for his birthday party. Even Percy's father, Poseidon, makes an appearance.

After blue cake and gifts, while the guests leave, Percy asks Annabeth to stay, saying he has something important to talk about.

In his room, Percy tells Annabeth about his encounter with Chaos and asks her help testing it.

"Ok then, let's do some tests. You said you made the ceiling of your room white. Now make it blue again." Annabeth immediately jumps in to testing.

"The ceiling of this room is blue," complies Percy. He feels the familiar warmth as the ceiling ripples and changes to blue.

"Curious," says Annabeth. "I remember your explanation, but now I only remember the ceiling being blue."

The testing goes on for half an hour. The result is that only Percy remembers the changes unless stated otherwise, and the changes don't change the past, also if not stated differently. Also, Percy does not necessarily need to know the things he is saying. If Percy is repeating what someone else said, the power uses their understanding of the thing to make it real. If Percy says some nonsense, nothing happens.

Another curious thing is if Percy says he is going to do something, he does it no matter how much he tries to do otherwise. He can say another truth in opposition to the first statement, but only if his earlier statement does not prevent him from doing it.

After all the testing, Annabeth says, "Well, Percy, you can do basically anything now; you can help all the demigods with this or use it for some fun."

Percy sees her teasing smile and blushes. "Yeah, we could use it for some fun."

"But first, Percy, can you promise me something?" asks Annabeth as she walks closer to Percy, swaying her hips.

"For my girlfriend, anything," states Percy, feeling the familiar warmth.
