Adductor machine

“We’ll try this one next, your obviously very weak so I’ll set it to the lowest weight” Nancy instructed

She then guided Lauren to an adductor machine. This machine had a seat with two things on the side which you pushed together with your thighs.

Unfortunately for Lauren this meant that she had to spread her legs in order to use it!

“Erm… isn’t there another machine we could try?” Lauren asked

“Don’t try and wiggle your way out of this, you need to lose some weight on those thunder thighs of yours” Nancy said

“Now get into position”
