Matt wasn't looking forward to another day of working alone in Biology and when he saw Cindy glaring at him while he walked up to the classroom, still with Karen's arm around him, he was pretty sure that was exactly what was going to happen.

Instead, though, she kept staring at him as he walked into the classroom.

"Do I have something on my face?" he demanded.

"Oh, shut up. Do you want to work with me?"

"I thought you said--"

"I thought you were an asshole. Maybe you're not. I'm willing to give you a try... I guess."

He wondered if being seen with Karen had made the difference. He'd been thinking about being more attractive to Tanya and Natasha by being with Cindi but he hadn't really thought about using Karen to attract other girls. That was a concept he'd have to consider... and build on. In the meantime, did he want to partner with Cindi... knowing that she had a temper?
