Active Duty

You have been given leave to return home for a week, for reasons that make no sense at all, and other soldiers were given leave with you. They decided to go with you because of your recommendation that there was a good amount to do in your home town.

Thankfully you have a bug out bag that you started to put together just for this situation and you go to get it from your closet. Your closet, which is your main storage for everything that you think you will need. It also might be best to try and figure out where you plan to head so that you can possibly protect yourself and your fellow soldiers lives. Your plan should more than likely involve evasion than anything else so that your journey through the city will be a lot easier compared to fighting. The city is a big place and the highway will most likely be full of both people and cars.

You will most likely want to get to a highly secure location and scout for a way to either somehow signal for help or find an alternate path for all of you. Many people will try to either interfere or the infected will try to capture you. You have already witnessed people disappearing and reappearing covered completely in furs from head to toe. The only good piece of news that, as far as you know, this virus is contained in this town only. Now do you plan to either met up or contact the squad of soldiers that came with you or will they try to reach you somehow?
