Act one

The scenes leading up to Juno's appearance went pretty simply. The husband character went to the bank to get a loan to build up his small business to a bit more of a franchise. The Husband is portrayed as very intelligent, and capable of pulling this off. He was a successful business man so far, so the bank agrees. Naturally they let him know if he fails to pay back the debt before a certain deadline, they'd fuck his wife until he could. This, despite the huge increase in how much he'd owe if he failed to pay, was a good deal to the husband and he accepted.

Flashforward a month, and the first payment to actually start off repaying the loan fails to come through. Her husband asked her where the money was, and Juno explained that she had borrowed it to buy them a few things. Of course, despite borrowing it, she had no way of repaying it.

Just like how the banks were about to 'borrow' her.

The husband would shrug and say "Ah well, that's alright. But you should at least know about what happens if we don't pay the loan."

To which Juno's character replies "That's not a bad deal. Let the bank know we messed up."

Her husband would drive her out the next day, give her a kiss, and let her go inside the bank. The scene was about ten minutes. She entered the bank, asked about where she would be going to 'fulfill her husband's end of the loan'.

They replied that the bank had a few places, such as beds, a cafeteria, and such for an occasion like this. It was a very wealthy bank, and it had an apartment complex near by for the regular employees to stay in if they so chose. But for Juno's character, a specific bedroom called the 'Loan Slut's Room' was all for her.
