Across his chest

With an electric tingle Chad wrapped the belt across his chest, gasping as is tightened on its own, forming into a new form. Chad could barely breathe feeling the leather buzz against him, its presence almost doubling in size. The leather molded and changed against him. It wrapped over his shoulders, connecting at the back and tightening. Chad gasped as the cold feeling of metal started to form on his back, giving him a familiar leaning on what just happened.

With a shuddered breath he looked down at his chest, the leather belt now in the form of a harness. It tingled as he slowly moved, testing out the rather tight feeling belt. With a satisfied grin he went to throw on a shirt, only the pleasant buzzing of electricity gave a brief yet painful zap. Chad yelped, leading him to grab onto the harness and trying to remove it out of panic. Only with each tug on the leather it felt like it was glued to his skin.

Then he remembered. Chad stopped struggling to grab the note on the floor rereading a part of it. "It will have to stay there for at least a month before you can remove it so make good choice." With a sigh Chad went back to getting on clothes. He just hoped that zap was it fusing to his skin and nothing more.
