Accuse June of teasing him

"This really isn't fair," Nick complained to June, squirming to find a comfortable position. "Letting me look at your half-naked chest is one thing, and asking me if it gets me hard is fair I suppose, but teasing me like this is a bit mean, June."

June furrowed her brow slightly again. "What do you mean? I'm getting undressed for your enjoyment. If it gets you hard, I like to know, but I don't have to actually do anything about it."

Nick insisted. "It's not just for me, you just finished saying that you enjoyed me looking at you, and that you like to hear when men find you sexy. You're getting something out of this too. And normally, when a woman deliberately undresses for a man to look at her body, it's considered polite for her to offer him some sort of relief before too long."

June blinked again. "You're right, I'm sorry," she says to Nick's astonishment. "Look, would you like a hand-job in the women's toilets? I can go, and give you a text when it's clear."

Nick was astonished --- his supervisor was actually offering to jack him off, and in the women's toilets. It wasn't his ideal scenario, but it was definitely the sexiest thing any woman had ever offered. "Uh, sure." He gave her his text number.
