How do you respond?
Accept the proposal
You have a gut feeling that this player is genuine. You decide to meet with her face to face, rather than PM. It's easier to get a read on the person if they're right in front of you. If this was a trap however... you might be in trouble. Seeing that she is camping out in a forest, rather than the middle of a bustling town, you decide to set off. Packing your equipment, and maybe preparing some introductions, you set off to meet this Arana of Astora.
The journey is quiet, a good thing for you. You arrive at her current camping grounds, the embers of a long dead fire fading and a tent to the side. Looking around, you see no other players in the area, it would seem that it is just you and the player. That removes the possibility of being ambushed by a group atleast. You creep up slowly on the tent, eyes darting around, looking for a trap. A small crack is all you get before a woman in dark, hooded robes charges at you, a dagger in her hand.
Do you fall prey to the ambush?
You come into being as a low-level monster, the kind heroes chew through like popcorn. You know the drill, whether you're a player yourself or an artificial intelligence, and you're sick of it. You set out on your own quest: to defeat the heroes at any cost (or at least be an epic boss somewhere down the line).
