Accept the enhancement

Kira's cheeks burned with embarrassment. The lingering effects of the sensitivity compounds made it difficult to think clearly, her skin still tingling with every slight movement. She'd spent years being self-conscious about her breasts. Especially when with partners. The thought of a simple solution was... tempting.

"How... how would it work exactly?" she asked, irritated by the vulnerability in her voice.

"Hormonal microdosing utilizes targeted delivery of growth compounds," the system explained. "A series of micro-injections stimulates tissue development in precise areas. For your specific case, the smaller left breast would receive growth stimulants while the right would remain unchanged."

It sounded reasonable. Non-surgical. No recovery time. And it would fix something that had bothered her for years.

"Would there be any side effects?" she managed to ask, still trying to cover herself with her hands.

"Temporary sensitivity is common, similar to but milder than what you're currently experiencing. The procedure is non-invasive and easily reversed if desired."

The thought of being even more sensitive made her hesitate, but the promise of finally having symmetrical breasts...

"Fine," she said quickly, before she could change her mind. "Do it."

"Excellent. Preparing hormone compound." A medical arm extended with a series of small, precise needles. "Please place your arms at your sides for accurate administration."

Reluctantly, Kira lowered her arms, exposing her naked breasts. The cool air made her nipples tighten again, still overly responsive from the earlier compounds.

"Analyzing optimal injection sites," the system announced. To her surprise, a pair of arms positioned themselves just under both of her breasts.

"Wait," she protested. "You said you'd be enhancing the left one to match the right."

"Correction," the system replied smoothly. "For optimal symmetry, a balanced approach is required. The difference between your breasts is 9.3%, which would be visually noticeable if addressed only unilaterally. The procedure requires micro-adjustments to both breasts to achieve perfect symmetry and natural appearance."

It sounded reasonable, though not what she'd expected. But before she could ask further questions, the needles rose, and jabbed forward, delivering precise injections at the very bottom edge of the perimeter of her breasts. The sensation was barely perceptible, just tiny pinpricks followed by a spreading warmth.

"First phase complete."

Kira felt an odd tingling sensation begin to build, but kept her arms still for the moment.

"Procedure complete," the system announced. "Symmetry correction will develop gradually over the next 24-48 hours. Note: Sensitivity will remain elevated during development phase. Recommend wearing loose clothing to minimize stimulation."

The restraints fully retracted, and Kira sat up, looking down at her chest. Nothing seemed different yet, though both breasts now tingled with a strange, not unpleasant warmth.

"A shipsuit has been fabricated to replace your damaged clothing," the system added as a drawer opened, revealing a folded garment. "This design features internal support and friction-minimizing fabric to accommodate sensitivity during the development phase."

Kira grabbed the suit and quickly pulled it on, noticing how unusually soft the material felt against her skin. The built-in support cradled her breasts without compressing them, though even this gentle contact made her shiver.
