Accept Tsunami's idea - buy a brothel

Tsunami’s radical suggestion from the previous day echoes in your mind, and strangely you find it appealing. Yobai may be more exciting, but there's no faster way of rebuilding your clan by sleeping with a lot of women. Alas, doing so means you're limited to non-clan women since those would certainly comes with a lot of political baggage.

Decision made, you purchase the land, the physical building, and every single woman's contract bond. You even buy out the contract of the current matron, Kaede. The sum is a lot, and requires you to dip deep into your savings but in the end, everything goes according to plan. Instead of serving a rotating roster of anonymous clients, the women will now answer only to you.

Kaede gathers the entire household into the main courtyard and brings you before everyone. The women look at you with a mixture of curiosity and anxiety, unsure of what their new owner demands. You stand before them with your hands on your hips, your orange and black gear striking a stark figure against the traditional wooden framing of the house.

"I bought this place, and I bought your bonds," you tell them directly. "I am going to be siring wild oats here, but things are changing. I will release all of you from your contracts in three years time, and you will leave with some money to start your lives over."

Whispers break out among the courtesans, their eyes wide. You raise a hand to calm the murmurs.

"I will not **** anyone to sleep with me," you continue, your voice firm and clear. "If you do not wish to share my bed, you do not have to. However, you will have to do other works available here or outside to earn your keep. You are now normal employees, and apart from food, stipend, and place to stay, you will receive benefits such as healthcare, childcare, and paid time off."

Kaede steps forward, adjusting her robes. "And what if someone wishes to leave before the three years are up, Uzumaki-sama?"

"They can be released earlier if their bond is paid off," you answer. "Whether you want to get pregnant by me or not is entirely your choice. But let me be clear about one thing. I will not take responsibility to marry anyone who gets pregnant by me."

One of the younger women in the front row raises her hand timidly. "What happens if we do get pregnant with your child, Uzumaki-sama?"

"There are two options for that," you explain, looking at each of them in turn. "One, you can stay here and raise the child with my support. Two, you can choose to leave and raise the child as a single mother. This place will become my place of residence in the end. If you choose to leave, you will receive a regular stipend from me to ensure the you and the child is fed and clothed."

Another woman, older and more cautious, steps forward from the shade of the balcony. "What if we have someone else? What if we desire another man?"

"Like I said earlier, I will not **** anyone to share my bed," you reply. "But it would be unfair to me if I allow other men to come to this place to visit you. If you want to see someone else, you have to make that arrangement outside. This is no longer a brothel, per se."

You cross your arms, your expression turning serious as your sharp sensory gaze sweeps over the room.

"Also, if you get pregnant by another man, I will not provide alimony," you warn them. "You will still be provided benefits like any normal job here, but do not try to deceive me. Due to my chakra sensing, I will know immediately if you try to pass off someone else's child as mine."
