Accept Nate's offer and stay back a little

"Sure Nate. What can I help you with?" Samantha said with a smile.

"Damn I really didn't expect you to turn up the way you did today. I mean you really held our attention for sure!" Nate said with a grin.

"Oh um, thanks Nate. Just thought dressing casually would be nice." Samantha said trying to change the topic.

"Nah seriously, it worked a treat. You look great today Samantha." Said Nate sounding genuine.

"Thanks Nate I appreciate the compliment." She said, definitely happy from it.

"All good! Now enough of me being the teacher, I had some questions from the content today." He said with a smirk

Samantha quirked a brow at his comment but also decided to accept and help him with his questions.

Nate and Samantha spent about 20 minutes discussing the course content. To Samantha's surprise once again, he was a smart guy and really engaged with what she was saying. After they discussed the content, Nate posed a question:

"That was great Samantha, thanks. Say, would you be okay with doing this sort of tutoring for me once a couple of days? It would really help me out."

Samantha thought about it. She could help Nate out, and to be honest, it would be a net positive. He is very social with everyone, and works with people during class, so a lot of questions would already be answered before they came to you. On the other hand, getting home early and spending time with John is great too. Although he is increasingly busy even for bedtime fun.
