What's next?

Academy Marathon!

A sea of students clad in vibrant academy robes surrounded the track, cheering enthusiastically as the two dozen runners took off. Their faces blurred past Kagari as she maintained her concentration as one of the runners herself, but she could feel their energy fueling her determination. Some had even brought signs bearing various magical symbols, hoping to offer support through their own rudimentary knowledge of the arcane. The camera crew hovered overhead, floating on anti-gravity devices, capturing every moment of the event. Kagari was aware of them but paid them no mind; she wasn't here for fame or recognition and soon Kagari returned her focus to the race, pushing herself harder as she delved deeper into the realm of magical enhancements.

Yuri, a female student and the head of the photography club, is in charge of livestreaming the sporting event today at the academy. She speaks into the microphone with elegance as her small crew she leads films the contestants. "And away they go dear viewers! Immediately in the lead is Kagari Runeako a twenty-one-year-old sorcerer specializing in enchantments here at Stardew Fire Academy! It's no surprise, Kagari is well known for her athleticism, will she keep the lead or will she be humbled?"

As she approached the first major obstacle - a series of floating platforms that required precise jumps to traverse - Kagari raised a hand, palm outstretched. "Aer Lance," she muttered, releasing a burst of wind from her fingertips. The gust propelled her forward, allowing her to leap between platforms with ease. Her heart raced, but it wasn't from exertion; it was the thrill of manipulating the very fabric of reality that coursed through her veins. Despite her competitive streak, she couldn't help but appreciate the beauty in the intricacies of magic, even amidst the chaos of the marathon.

Landing gracefully on the final platform, Kagari glanced back at her fellow participants before sprinting towards the next challenge.

Kagari's running attire consisted of a form-fitting, black tank top that clung to her toned torso, accentuating her athletic build. The material was infused with a special weave of magic-resistant fibers, protecting her from accidental backlash during intense moments of spellcasting. Her short, pleated skirt in the same hue danced around her thighs as she moved, revealing just enough of her powerful legs while maintaining modesty. Underneath, she wore fitted shorts, also enchanted for comfort and mobility. Her footwear was a pair of sleek, red sneakers, adorned with silver laces and magical runes etched into the soles, providing both traction and additional propulsion during her runs. She didn't wear anything flashy or attention-grabbing, preferring practicality over style - after all, her true beauty lay in her mastery of the arcane arts.
