Absorb Armor

You watch as the girl flies back into the door, hitting her head before slumping to the ground. Her robes shimmer for a moment before they burst into thousands of strands, too small to see except when the light catches them.

Disintegrate armor seems like a good choice against you, you have to compliment her strategy, even if it failed. You walk towards the fallen heroine, surprisingly swift footed from excitement. Stooping over your prey, you consider your options. Given your strength and a typical mage's HP, another attack would certainly kill the girl, giving you a healthy bit of XP, but then you'd still be stuck in this room till another hero came by. On the other hand, you are in the items list and the girl isn't equipped with any armor at the moment.

With your plan set, you begin sliding the girl into your protection. Your form shifts to fit the mage, snugly cupping her dainty legs and modest bust, but as you were never defeated, you still move by your own will rather than hers.

The swelling pride of being worn has you take a moment to look at yourself equipped.

Wow, that's unexpectedly good. Is a hit to agility really that bad compared to everything else? No, these stats are too good for "junk" armor. It doesn't make sense for you to be so good with magic despite not using it at all.
