"Like, in all circumstances? That can't work"

"Well, they seem to insist that sex should be out of view of anybody but the involved parties, and only happen after you ask the person and they have responded in the affirmative, and even then, she seems to think there are only limited circumstances when it's even ok to ask, such as in a long term romantic relationship."

"I guess I'm gonna have to try and imagine a world where people somehow don't put their genitals in or on me all the time. Hmmm..."

"I told you the client was crazy"

"It's fine, I can work with that. Is there anything else"

"Actually yes. They seem to think genitals should be hidden to pretty much all but those you have sex with?"

"Even your doctor? I can't imagine how you'd treat a rash if you can't even show it?"

"I don't know, maybe maybe not. They were with their right hand cupping their vulva and their left arm covering their nipples"

"Why the nipples?"

"I have no idea"

"That is rather odd. But I'm sure I can manage."

So that was how it started. I then prepared for the next 15 minutes. I debated with myself whether I should cover up at least at first to help her before deciding it may be best to get her used to not covering. I also had to get the strap-on ready. Of course something told me she might not appreciate me using this on her too soon, but she's gonna have to get used to it sometime. I also think she might feel anxious about the thought of using it on me, but it's still there in case she decides she does need to use me after all.

It's strange. Sex is normally such an integral part of the therapy. It helped the emergency worker cope with his trauma to go up to me and slide his penis inside my vagina. It also helped the abused woman get over her ex's controlling behaviour to perform the sex acts on me she wanted to. Such was her conditioning he had made her feel ashamed for having her own wants. Yet for my latest client it seems the sex will only cause more distress, at least temporarily. Hopefully she can get over it, and really start to embrace the wonderful, warm and pleasant surprise of feeling a new penis in the vagina, or a new vulva on the lips. I don't think my life would be the same without the wonderful men and women using me to get off, and I hope she comes to appreciate it soon enough.
