Abbie picks up where she left off at the bar

"So Tyler," Abbie began. "What did you have in mind when you invited us here?"

Tyler took a slow slug of his beer. He certain did have plenty in mind, though now that they were all in his so-called party pad, he wasn't sure how to navigate things. If it was just Abbie, that would be a very different situation. But Jake and Chris made it a tad unusual. Plus he still didn't really have a sense of what the relationships were between Abbie and the other men. If one of them was her boyfriend or husband, it made the dynamics of the evening very different.

"Ah, who knows." Tyler shrugged and took another sip. He heard a sound behind him, and turned just enough to see Chris emerge from the bathroom.

Abbie leaned forward and rested a hand on one of Tyler's knees. Bent forward like that, her dress hung loosely off her body, and once again, Tyler had a beautiful view down the front of her dress.

"That's right," he said. "That's what I had in mind." He smiled, stared, and drank his beer.

Abbie looked down at herself, then back to Tyler. "What, this?"

Tyler nodded and chuckled. "So ... I don't want to bring down the vibe, but ... am I reading these signs right?"

"I think you are, Tyler," said Abbie with a smile. "I think you're reading the signs just fine."

Tyler slowly leaned forward, bringing his face close to Abbie's. "That's what I hoped. Like the sign to ... to kiss you." He brought his body forward a bit more, and put a hand on Abbie's neck, slowly lifting his fingers up through her hair. He pulled her toward him, and their mouths met slowly and softly. It wasn't a long kiss, but it was sensual.

"Mm," hummed Abbie softly as he pulled away.

Jake had been watching all of this, curious how far things might go, curious when and how he might get involved. After he saw Abbie kissing Tyler, he decided it was time. He wasn't sure if it was out of jealousy or some kind of fear -- it didn't matter. He knew he didn't want to just watch her.

He reached forward and touched the part of her dress on her shoulder. He knew how loose the dress was, and that if he tugged just a little, the right side of it would probably just fall away from her body. As he touched her, Abbie turned slightly to look at him. She was licking her lips, still tasting Tyler there, but perfectly content with whatever Jake was doing.

"I was just ..." Jake started. "This is okay, right?" His question was sincere, but the delivery wasn't. He knew it was okay, but he enjoyed the act of asking and hearing the response.

"Of course, Jake." Abbie shimmied her shoulder at him. He lifted the small bit of material that rested on her shoulder, and slowly pulled it down her arm. Abbie was still leaning forward a little, and as Jake lowered the side of her dress, her right breast gradually came into view.

Tyler hadn't stopped watching, and Abbie was looking him in the eyes again. Tyler smiled again. "Okay before, that wasn't quite what I had in mind. But this -- this is definitely more what I had in mind."

"Which part?" said Abbie innocently. She glanced down as Jake finished lowering the side of her dress. Her right breast was now completely exposed as half of her dress top hung limply on her arm.

Tyler laughed. "The looking at your tits part." He finished his beer, looked away at nothing in particular, and then turned back to Abbie. "I swear, I'm not usually this much of a dork with women."

"Prove it," said Abbie.
