Abbie goes back for a shoe

"Who is that?" said Abbie, standing up abruptly, her heart racing.

Jake stepped back, sighing in resignation that they couldn't ignore the noise any longer. "I don't know who it is. But if this was a horror movie, we would either chase after the noise or hide from it. And either option could lead to us getting killed," he said with a hint of sarcasm.

Abbie couldn't help but smirk at his comment. "Looks like I'll be playing the role of scared naked girl," she replied dryly.

"Do you really want to be the scared naked girl when whoever was yelling finds you?" Jake retorted. "Maybe we should hide."

"Back in the house?" asked Abbie.

"Sure, I mean, it's probably just some drunk club-goer wandering around in the woods," said Jake as he searched for his pants.

Abbie found one of her shoes and began looking for the other one. Her dress had fallen back down to cover her legs, but the top still hung loosely at her waist. Meanwhile, Jake had successfully put on his pants and was now holding onto his shoes while making his way around the back of the house.

"Come on, let's circle around and get back inside without running into the loud drunk person," he suggested.

Just as Jake disappeared around the corner of the house, Abbie spotted her other shoe. "Wait!" she called out, taking a step towards it. But before she could reach it, Jake was already gone.

Feeling a bit **** in her half-dressed state, Abbie stood up slightly and held her dress against her body. Suddenly, a voice spoke up in front of her. "Hey... do I know you?"

Startled, Abbie looked around for Jake but he was nowhere in sight. "I'm Abbie," she replied cautiously.

"I'm Aguri. I'm gonna sit here for a bit, if that's okay with you."
