A walk in the park

A few days after her discovery of the side effect the Miraculous can have, Marinette was planning something again. Though, before she would do anything, she had to ask something. "Tikki, how does the inside of my yoyo work?"

"What do you mean?" The Kwami asked her holder.

"I mean, I can use it to pull stuff out that was in my purse or pockets." Marinette explained. "But I can also put stuff in it, which can disappear entirely until I transform back into Ladybug and pull it out again."

"Oh, that's easy!" Tikki said, spinning in the air. "Every Miraculous, much like a Miracle Box, comes with its own pocket dimension for their holders. Anything you had with you when you transform, such as your purse, its contents, and your clothes, gets put inside it when you're Ladybug, and gets brought back when you go back to being Marinette. Your yoyo acts like a portal to this pocket dimension, so you can pull out whatever you had with you when you transform."

"But what about the stuff I put in the yoyo?" Marinette asked. "Sometimes, that stuff doesn't appear when I detransform."

"Oh, that's because of intent." Tikki explained. "If you intend something you put in the pocket dimension to appear with you when you detransform, it'll appear somewhere on you. Usually in your purse or such. But if you intend it to stay in the pocket dimension, it'll stay there until you transform again and pull it out."

"I see." Marinette said, already planning her next outing.

A few days later, after having finished her patrol for the night, Marinette stood deep within Bois de Boulogne, a huge Parisian park that was relatively close to her home. At this time of night, there would be practically nobody on these trails, making it a perfect place and time to do this.

"You're really gonna follow through, aren't you?" Tikki asked, floating besides her holder.

"Yup." Marinette nervously said. "You, uh, are okay with me doing this?"

"Marinette, if I wasn't okay with this, I would have told you to stop instead of being safe." The Kwami deadpanned.

"But I'm using the Miraculous-"

"To stay safe." Tikki interrupted, knowing how her holder can be at times. "You said it yourself, what if someone comes across your clothes?"

"Okay." Marinette nodded, getting pale at the idea. Then, she started her plan, and started pulling her jacket off and gently put it on the ground, quickly followed by her shirt, leaving her top only covered by her bra. Then, the upper underwear also went off, allowing the girls of the French-Chinese girl to go free. Then, she stepped out of her shoes, feeling the dirt underneath her feet. After that, she pulled her pants down, putting them on the pile and leaving her only in her panties. Said garments also did not last long, being pulled down (with a thin trail of sticky slime trailing behind it) and added to the pile. Lastly, after quickly brushing the dirt from underneath her feet, she put her shoes back on, leaving her feet the only covered part of her body.

"Okay Marinette, you ready?" Tikki asked.

"Yes." Marinette nodded, wanting to push through before her nerves got the better of her. "Tikki, spots on!" Once again, Marinette transformed into Ladybug, whose suit was once again in its illusionary state. The superhero then moved toward the pile of clothes at her feet, and one by one, she put each item into her yoyo and into the Ladybug pocket dimension. Her panties, her pants, her bra, her shirt, and finally her jacket, all of them went inside. "Tikki, spots off!" Ladybug yelled, detransforming back into Marinette. And, as expected, the only piece of her civilian outfit that remained was her shoes.

"Okay Marinette, your clothes are safe and sound in the pocket dimension." Tikki chirped.

"Let's go." Marinette nodded before moving, starting her streak through the park.
