A visit to Logan

The old beat up car rattled through the streets of Seattle. Max staring out blankly into the night sky as Alec undoubtedly drove her to another nightmare. She couldn't believe what had happened with Joshua. She couldn't believe she had done that. She didn't know how she could ever look at him again. How was she going to face him knowing what had happened.

Max tore her eyes away from the Seattle night sky. Looking down at the oversized sweat pants and t shirt she now wore. Alec had thrown them at her after they had left Joshua's. Telling her that he got them from a bag he had found in the backseat of the car he had stolen. They looked like they were someones work out clothes, but she didn't care, they were clean, and it sure as hell beat staying naked.

"Did I ever tell you-" Alec said, causing Max to look up at him. "I put cameras into Joshua's place?"

"What?" Max's face dropped. He couldn't be serious.

"I mean, last time Joshua took off I wasted two nights looking for the big guy. So I borrowed some equipment from Logan and set up some cameras. I figured if Joshua took off we could use the tapes to figure out where he had gone."

"Alec... What are you saying..."

"Joshua knew he was being recorded of course, I'm not a pervert or anything, I'm not gonna spy on the guy without him knowing it."Alec laughed as he looked at the horror in Max's face. If this didn't break Max out of it nothing would. He pulled out a small disk from his jacket pocket and tossed it at Max. "Here."

Max caught the small disk."Alec?" she asked out, already knowing what was on the disk. Max barely noticed the car coming to a lurching stop.

"I grabbed the recording before we left." Alec nodded upwards, causing Max to look up through her window.

"Oh no..." Max whimpered seeing Logan's apartment building in front of her.

"Go show Logan how you like to spend your nights."

Max thought she was going to be sick but still she opened the car door and stepped out. Standing for a moment looking up at Logan's towering apartment building.

"Ohgod..." she whimpered and started to walk towards the entrance.
