A villian with a weird quirk changes Deku

Izuku was in the middle of training by the beach when he heard the scream of a woman. He responded quickly and ran towards the scream, and it brought him to a dark alleyway with a man harrasing a screaming woman, grabbing her by the hand to keep her in place as he ripped off her shirt.

"Get away from her" Izuku said as he ran at him, giving him a 5% strength punch, sending him away till he crashed into the wall. "Quick, get behind me," he directed the abused woman, so he could better protect her in case he got back up. The poor, scared woman didn't need to be told twice; she was crawling behind the young hero as quickly as she could.

The villain did get back up. Now that he saw him better, he seemed like a regular guy; he was even wearing regular plain clothing, some blue pants with a purple shirt. He may just be a pervert rather than a supervillian "Who the fuck hit me like that?" He asked out loud as he looked over and as he saw Deku his anger changed to a cocky smile "Oh look at that, it's the BratMight" He said mockingly, recognizing him as Allmight's apprentice.

Deku just disregarded that and declared, "Just surrender now, and I won't have to hurt you anymore." He said, preferring not to harm anyone, even a creep like him.

The Pervert strangely just laughed out loud as he said "You should be the one surrendering hero, you're already under my power, my quirk is contact-based, after punching me, you already got affected," he said.

"What? What did you do to me?" Deku asked concerned about what may happen now.

"I was using my gender bender ability, my power allows me to change the sex of others at will, and I was doing just that, that woman you're protecting was a dude just before you arrived" The evil pervert informed him.

Deku got concerned and he looked over to the woman standing behind him "That's true?" he asked her in an alarmed tone.
