A villain Society

Okay there are two ways to do this one at least that I'm going to throw out if somebody has some other ideas go ahead and try to write it if you want but the first is an alternate timeline at some point before the Canon even began (meaning pretty much before Izuku was born or at the very least young childhood seven or eight) villains managed to take over Society or when quarks started to emerge instead of Heroes becoming the ones in power the villains did pretty much becoming a place where those with strong quirks can do whatever they want while those with inferior quirks or even quirkless are slaves to them.

The second is where at some point during the cannon villains beat the heroes and took over Society the time frame you can do this is at most 3 years before izuku manages to get in to UA otherwise pick any point during the story and have villains take over. Like any other thing you can create your own characters or can use pre-existing characters whether you're following them for the story or not you can alter any character that exists as well.

Two new things that I thought about you could do with this are one you can follow the Heroes which as they try and ultimately fail to fight against villains Society pretty much doesn't matter how long or short it is. Second one is pretty much the same except they don't fail it's to see how long they can continue to be heroes before they become villains themselves. Here's an example if anybody wants to make a thread in this story with it they can is a weakened all might comes across izuku before he can be captured he gives one for all to him seeing his heroic spirit but how will he use his new found power. This would be a hero to villain route or routes you can make it so other people are the main character too
