A vent, and Mineta (with some prodding) steps up!

"Wait, Melissa... That vent near the edge of the ceiling," Izuku pointed at the covered vent. Melissa followed his gaze. "Does that lead to anywhere we can use?"

"...I think that runs under the maintenance room for the artificial sunlight," Melissa replied.

"Then there would be an emergency ladder for the maintenance room, right?" Iida asked, getting hopeful.

"Well, yeah, but it's a manual release only, so someone would actually have to be inside it to let the ladder down," Melissa explained.

"So," Momo stepped forward, a hand on her cleavage, producing a small explosive, and yeeting it at the vent cover. As it was blown off, she continued. "If someone were to climb through that vent, to the exterior wall, they can get to the maintenance room!"

"Right! The vents would lead outside, and another inside, they could get in that way!" Ochaco agreed.

"But there's a glaring problem with the plan..." Itsuka added.

"Right... The vent is small... Who can fit through such a cramped space... And then climb the outer wall without falling?" Izuku muttered. It took all of two seconds for everyone to turn and look, or glare in Bakugo's case, at Mineta, who freaked out and backed away.

"You're kidding. We have to rely on THIS pathetic extra?" Bakugo asked. While Izuku wouldn't have put it like that, he couldn't fully blame Bakugo for that perspective.

Mineta wasn't even offended, latching onto Bakugo's disdain as he protested, "That's right, I'm a pathetic extra! Like hell am I going up there! I don't wanna die!"

"Unfortunately, we don't exactly have a better option!" Setsuna snapped.

"Wait, why don't you just float all of your pieces through!?" Mineta demanded, pointing accusingly at Setsuna, whose eye twitched.

"My feet need to stay on the ground, and there's a limit to how far my parts can drift apart, you little shit!" she answered.

"This is getting ridiculous," Bakugo growled, before grabbing Mineta, and pulling him up, their faces inches from each other. "Listen here, you perverted little idiot. You either go out there, and get the ladder down, and you MIGHT die via falling if you're enough of a clutz... Or, you stay here, and face my wrath, which WILL kill you..." he concluded, before giving Mineta a nasty smirk. "Your call!"

Mineta squeaked in terror, and ran to Ochaco, who proceeded to lighten him, and Yanagi used her Quirk to easily guide him to the vent, and he scurried inside as Ochaco released her Quirk. "...dude, that was uncalled for," Kirishima sweat dropped at Bakugo, who scoffed.

"Please, I wasn't actually going to kill him," he replied. "And it got the perverted little midget's ass moving, didn't it?"

Izuku gave a nervous chuckle. Still, once this was over, maybe he should consider throwing Mineta a little bone for risking his life. Nothing too crazy, and he'd have to consult his girls for any ideas on what kind of bone, he definitely wasn't going to ask them to do anything for the gremlin, but they'd probably come up with a little something.

Soon, the ladder came down, and they started climbing it in a hurry, Momo making sure to go ahead of Izuku to let him watch her ass as they ascended. He flushed a bit, realizing what she was doing, but definitely not complaining. Still, he had to focus on the mission at hand.

Mineta stood at the top of the ladder, trying to puff himself up like he hadn't acted under duress. "That's right, I'm amazing," he stated as everyone finished the climb.

Before anyone could argue otherwise, Melissa turned and praised him, "That WAS incredible, Mineta. As I should expect from a Hero student!" Well, there was Mineta's bone for the moment.

Mineta stood, stunned, not sure how to handle the praise from a pretty girl actually happening, before he simply decided to get fired up, and the group kept going. "Such an impure soul," Shiozaki muttered.

They ascended more floors, surprised that there were no more blast doors closing ahead of them. "Think they lost track of us?" Mina asked.

A camera turned towards them as she spoke, and Kyoka whipped an ear jack at it, taking it out. "If they did, that won't last long," she grumbled. "We need to hurry." That much was already clear, and they moved on, reaching the 130th floor with little issue.
