A tie

Both girls had strengths and weaknesses when compared to one another. Blaziken was stronger and tougher, but Judy was faster and more agile. Blaziken could deliver a good punch to Judy, but she couldn't catch her. Judy was basically running circles around her, wearing her down with multiple kicks. Once she had managed to force her to her knees, she pushed her down with a flipping kick that sent the fire pokemon down on her back, letting Judy pin her and gaining the win during the first round.

The next round it was still tedious for Blaziken, but at that point she had seen Judy move enough to analyze her moves enough to be able, enough to be able to catch Judy's foot in the middle of one of her kicks and take the chance to slam her smaller rival against the mat and then laying on top of her to pin her and earning the victory for round 2.

By the final round, both fighters were panting in exhaustion and barely holding on from the pain that they both endured from the beating of the previous 2 rounds. They ended up trying to finish it quickly in a single move, with Blaziken and Judy rushing towards each other and trying to get their finishing move first, but in their encounter, they ended up crossing each other at the exact time, having Blaziken knocking down Judy with a powerful punch while Judy took Blaziken down with the strongest kick she could muster.

Both girls fell on the ground unconscious. Mario went to check on both of them and was able to tell they had both passed out. He declared the end of the match with the final result being a tie.
