A teleportation mishap

You want Rachel to be accidentally bound to her servants Nago and Gii through an accidental fluctuation in her teleportation methods. Because of this, she now has cat ears, a tail, and a small pair of bat wings on her back. Due to her bonding with her servants she is unable to teleport but she retains her control of electricity and wind, albeit to a lesser degree. She has also gained a limited ability to transform from Nago's inherent talents.
