A story about an asylum

You wake up in a padded room, locked in a straight jacket.

Two possibilities :

• nurses come every day and make you "take your medecines" for the rest of your life

• different nurses have different personnalities and kinks. They all hate each other would love to keep you all for themselves. Based on your choices you could escape the asylum with one of them but beware that they all have their own idea about which life they want to make you live with them.
