A small vertical ring?

You scratch your head in confusion, then walk up to it for a closer look.

It's a metal ring, perfectly circular and mounted on a steel post about six inches off the ground. The ring is about a meter in diameter. It's whats inside the ring that interests you more though, it looks like a solid sheet of thin latex.

You lean down and poke it with your finger, it sinks into it way too easily and you can feel the latex tighten around your finger as it moves.

"Weird.." You mumble.

You then push your hand through and quickly feel the latex coat every crevice and finger as well as your complete hand. It looks as though the latex sheet seems to sink into the area around your hand, evidently a slightly magical enchantment was powering it.

Furrowing your brows you look at the ring from the other side and see your hand, however it is coated perfectly and seamlessly in latex. It fits really well!

"Well, this could be interesting," you say to yourself.
