First off, what is the setting?
A small island, with a unique culture
Not many know of the island of Belama, but those who do come to visit, or to stay, are typically warned of the differences in culture. Unlike other islands like Maui or Zanzibar, hardly any sort of toilet can be seen.
All the residents instead...
You (or a character) will defy and/or undo their training, and progressively cease to use a toilet as intended or as the primary way of relieving oneself. Primarily for ABDL purposes.
