A sketch at a swimming pool

The first episode of 'A Cup', after the introduction of the characters, mostly took place at a swimming pool. Kirsty was mostly there to see James in his speedos but ended up accidentally inviting Janine, meaning the three spend half the episode in swimwear. Kirsty is, of course, wearing plastic falsies, but loses one in contrived circumstances five minutes after arriving, resulting in her being entirely unbalanced and unable to swim straight.

The rest of the episode is a farce wherein Kirsty tries to pretend to, an increasingly confused and suspicious, James and Janine, that nothing has changed by swapping the fake breast from side to side while only emerging half out of various objects. This would work until the two would leave, because that tension couldn't be resolved on the first episode, but then her bikini top would collapse shortly afterwards, revealing Kirsty's chest both to that episode's guest stars, a family whose college age son and dad had both spent the episode leering at Kirsty and Janine, and to the tv audience, who would get their first full topless shot of the season.

The punchline would then happen, when the teenage son, after lusting after Kirsty all episode, would look visibly disapointed and mutter under his breath that it was like looking at his pre pubescent sister. To which his mother loudly berates him for being rude, apologises and then, for the final joke, helps Kirsty cover up by getting a swim top out of her bag, which, it is clear to the audience due to the style, belongs to her young daughter, and, thanks to being a prop, fits Kirsty properly, proving the son right.

But if that was the script, how would the filming go?
