A single nod

Adam gasped as the she-male roughly grabbed his balls and with a wince gave a single nod. She smiled and let his balls go and pointed to a door in the corner. Adam stood and went through it and found a room beyond dominated by a large bed. Bondage items festooned the walls and he gulped.
