A rough night for Ruby turns magical

Ruby was ecstatic, not only was she on the same team as her beloved sister and the cool and mysterious Blake, but Ruby was also assigned as team captain. As their classes end and their first weekend at Beacon Academy begins, the girls returned to their room to change out of their uniforms. Ruby is giddy as she begins telling them of her plans.

"Alright girls, as team leader I have a fun night planned out for us. First w-" Ruby is cut off as Weiss silences her with a finger to her lips.

"I'm going to stop you right there Ruby. Just because headmaster Ozpin assigned you as captain does not mean you control my life. I have my own plans for the evening that I'm going to be doing without you all." Weiss says coldly.

"Nonsense, I already planned out a bunch of fun things we can do as a group." Ruby chirps back, hoping to convince Weiss to reconsider.

"I'm sorry Ruby but I have to agree with the ice queen. I already have plans for my night." Blake states as she heads for the exit.

"But how are we supposed to get closer as a team without becoming friends?" Ruby questions innocently.

"Because we aren't friends, just team mates." Weiss says as she exits the room, proving why she's earned the Ice Queen nickname. Ruby frowns but Yang is quick to hug her to cheer her up.

"It's okay Rubes, they'll come 'round eventually." Yang reassures her.

"Thanks, at least I have you." Ruby says as she hugs back.

"Oh um. I was actually planning on heading to Junior's club. You know, kiss a few hotties and crack a few skulls." Yang says as she steps back as she pounds her fists together with a cocky grin.

"Oh, I've never been there. This will be fun!" Ruby cheers, not noticing as Yang get's an awkward grimace.

"Sorry, but I'm not taking you there. It's for adults and you're still a kid."

"I'm 18! I'm not a kid, I'm only a few months younger than you!" Ruby complains as she stamps her foot.

"Yeah but you're not, well, mature enough. I'll take you one day." Yang says as she closes the door, leaving Ruby alone in their shared room. Although normally chipper, Ruby couldn't help but sulk. Despite being close to Yang in age, Ruby was always treated as a much younger sister by everyone around her.

"I'm not a kid, I'm an adult. I just wish people would see that." Ruby mutters to herself, but as the words leave her lips a muffled voice comes out from their shared closet. Distracted by the noise Ruby opens the closet to investigate. Looking inside she sees the lamp she had found earlier in the week. Due to all the initial excitement from that day she had forgotten about it at the time but decides to pull it out and examine it when she spots a bit of mud covering a word engraved on it. Curious on what it says, she rubs the mud away with her crimson cape.

The lamp begins to shake a bit as light blue smoke emerges. She coughs and panics a bit as she looks the lamp over. "No, no. Did I break it?"

"Worry not, my mistress. The lamp is not broken." A sultry voice calls out from behind Ruby. The student turns around and almost falls back in shock as the smoke leads to a 12ft tall blue woman laying on her side as she's too tall to even stand in the room. Surrounded by the light blue smoke, the woman's unnatural skin shares the same hue while her long dark blue hair flows past her pointed ears as the ends of her hair float in the air. Ruby stammers and her face goes red as she sees that the only thing she is wearing are golden accessories, a chain headdress, large hoop earrings, cuffs on her wrists and ankles with gold chains that wrap around her torso in a harness, and gold collar around her neck. The chain harness accentuates her voluptuous form and large luscious breasts that Ruby's eyes can't help but lock onto. The woman's laugh finally snaps Ruby out of her trance as she gets embarrassed.

"Ah, sorry-I mean, who are you-no, why are in my room and why naked?!" Ruby yells, to the continued amusement of the woman.

"My apologies, I did not mean to frighten you, my mistress. I am Jinn, the genie that resides in your lamp." The blue woman says she points to the lamp. Looking down Ruby sees that the word she revealed was the woman's name, Jinn. The name of her brand new, wish granting genie.
