Turning to the lady Priscilla you state, "You have already admitting to want to meet with the gentlemen in question, and it seems you would be quite happy to, aha accommodate him. I wonder if he might not rather be enraged at the men that did him harm than yourself." Smiling coyly at her, you indicate approval to her side with a flick of the wrist.
"But my lord! She is clearly responsible for my mugging! My assailants were after all of southern descent!" The shock of which Louis' statement brought was audible around the hall. Even the lady broke her smile to such a racially marred comment.
"Of all the nerve!-" was all she could loose before you interceded.
"If the lady says she was unable to attend, and did indeed send another to take her place, I am inclined to dis agree with you Mr Vertung! She will pay you nothing back, as she has done you no evil, and unless you have evidence to prove otherwise, you will remove yourself from my throne room!"
And with a broad sweep of your arm you signaled for guards to remove the stunned and outraged Louis from the premises. A barrage of threats and slurs against your name issued forth from his tongue before the great doors closed behind him.
The lady, although a little upset by the events, never the less returned a grateful bow to your decision. "I am sure," she spoke, "My lord, that we will do Business in future." The words rolling off her tongue like the purrs of an exotic cat.
As you continued the days events, more hearings and problems for you to reside over, a borish advisor of your fathers sidled over to your shoulder.
"My liege, I'm your dealing with the Priscilla/Vertung case, there has been some threats made against your crown by his family. It seems the ruffians did take a considerable nest egg from him whilst he was assaulted, his aggressors, still as yet un identified, could prove problematic in future."
