A questionnaire

"Please fill these out to the best of your abilities girls." The teacher said when she had handed out the last bundle. “Remember to be totally truthful.”

Ashley looked at her own copy. A questionnaire?

She shrugged and got started. Ashley filled in her name and social information at the top and began reading the questions on the first page. They started out very mild in nature: height, weight, how long she had been a ****, Ashley was quick to fill out the page and turned the leaf.

The next page got more intimate. A lot more.

Ashley froze, reading the topmost question over and over, her pen hovered over the 'Yes' checkbox.

“I’ll take those for now,” Principal Brown scooped the questionnaires off the desk along with some papers the teacher had set out, and returned to his place along the side wall. “Continue your lecture.” Ashley took a sidelong glance and noticed that he was comparing the questionnaires against the other documents taken from Miss Stonebridge’s desk.
