Chapter 13 by Spacestalin Spacestalin

What do you find out there?

A quest.

“Did you enjoy yourself?”

The old lady that had welcomed you into her house, Anne you remember her name, was still sitting on her comfy-looking chair, enjoying a knitting session with a smile on her face. Your own face reddening a little as you thought she might have heard your moans of pleasure.

“Y-yes! Thank you again for letting me use your bathroom!”

“Don’t mention it, hun. It’s only natural to help those who need it.”

She shot you the warmest smile you had seen and you could do nothing but smile back, slightly moved by the hospitality of the old lady.

“Your clothes are still drying in the sun, so I’m afraid you’ll have to wear that towel for a little longer. I hope you don’t mind.”

“N-No, no. Really, I’m only grateful you took the time to wash my clothes… I’ll just sit over here.” You said, gesturing a spot on the wooden floor, not far from the warm chimney that was radiating heat all thorough the small living room.

“Oh, don’t be silly. You can sit on the couch.” She said back, gesturing the green couch that was just in front of her.

“Oh, no, I wouldn’t want to get it wet…”

“Honey, don’t be like that. They’re just things… Please come sit down with me. I’m sure my husband won’t take much longer to bring dinner.”

In the warmness of her voice you couldn’t help but feel a little bit of an authoritative tone, like the one a mother would use with her children. Quickly you made your way to the small, green couch and sat.

“This is… Nice…” You thought to yourself, looking around the rustic house decorated with furniture entirely made out of wood and cloth and adorned with all kinds of trinkets; the fire giving everything a very hospitable vibe.

She shoot you another of her warm smiles, as both of you started talking. Nothing more than small talk at first, but you felt very calm and welcomed as you chatted with Anne.

After a bit she told you about this Player that had come before, a very inexperienced player it seemed. She had come to explore the lake on her own, and was almost near **** when they found her.

You thought she had probably come to see the new things added with the recent patch. The lake had changed quite a bit from what you remembered with it, as neither these houses or the castle resting atop a hill not far from there had been there just last week.

The old lady continued talking, telling you of how the Player had grown a bit stronger after spending a few days training on the lake, using their as an improvised inn to rest, eat and cure her wounds.

They were happy to help her, as she kept the old lady company while her husband was away, and every day she lavishly paid them with the gold she had collected, despite them never asking anything in return.

But she and her husband were getting a bit worried.

The Player, it seems, had told them that morning she was going to explore the castle atop the hill.
They protested, of course, telling her the castle was empty, the husband having heard from a neighbor that the NPCs who would live there and give Players a few new quests hadn’t yet been implemented.

She was stubborn, however, and with a smile went off to investigate, telling them not to worry.

“That was very early in the morning”, she told you, and yet now, only a few hours from sunset she was nowhere to be seen.

“Usually by this time she’s home already. Helping me prepare ingredients and set the table before my husband comes home with the hunt. But, well…”

You nodded. You understood perfectly what she meant, and there was no need of further words: They were worried something had happened to their guest.

“I could go have a look.” You said decided, barely waiting for an answer before getting up on your feet.

“Oh, I could never ask you that, honey. I’ll send my husband to have a look when he’s back.”
“No, really, I insist. It’s the least I can do to repay all your kindness.”

She opened her mouth to offer a rebuttal, but seeing the resolve in your eyes she knew there was no use. Shooting you another one of her characteristic smiles, she finally said “Alright… But please be careful.”

“I will.” You said, mirroring her smile, before walking out of the small log cabin to retrieve your clothes; the snake that had brought you here still sleeping on the wooden floor outside.

“Let’s go, Skippy.” You said, giving him a bit of a stir with your foot.

“Go…? Where…?” He said in return, with a voice lacking in his usual mockery; his mind still foggy and half-asleep, as he saw you take off the towel wrapped around your body and hanging it on the handle of the door besides you.

“On a quest.” Was all you said, your now naked breasts jiggling with every breath, as your long green hair flowed freely behind you.

Do you make it to the castle before night?
