A protein shake

As the woman dressed herself Walter could not help but stare at her body. It was toned and slim, a great combination that added greatly to her natural beauty. Walter himself stared on from his position as a protein shake as she dressed herself in a simple, all black outfit.

Finally dressed, she looked in her locker and grabbed the shake and before Walter could even attempt to do anything, she had already shaken the bottle, opened it, and chugged it in mere moments.
