"I will help..." You continue, while meeting the amazon's beautiful eyes, and cannot keep from grinning to yourself as you think it through one more time. "But only if your mother would let me take her daughter as my wife..."

"But...?" She gasps, and is clearly surprised by your demands. "Isn't that... exactly what you wanted me to avoid...?"

"Quite on the contrary...!" You tell her with a gentle smile, while thinking back to how it felt to be mounting her. "I want you... No, I need you! But it can't be known that I had you unwillingly, nor how you enjoyed being laid by a goblin. This way we can be together, while proclaiming our marriage is mostly for show."

"That's..." She's starting to say, looking a little flattered at first, but then avert her eyes to the floor while something crosses her mind. "But... What do I tell my lover...? Reeza was worried sick for me while I was gone, and we... We were so happy together when I returned, that we promised never to be parted again...!"

"And yet you're here, rather than in the arms of your lover?" You ask her, with a little smirk on your face, and then realize that of course she wouldn't have come here without as much as an escort. "Hmm? You should've invited them in, rather than have them sneak about in the forest. Is your Reeza's temperament just like your own? Isn't there a risk she will try and sneak in, and perhaps get hurt by my guards...?"

"No, she.... promised me that she would stay outside, and out of sight...!" Sheila shakes her head, but is clearly unsure of herself. "I think she would keep her promise to me..."

"That is all well then." You agree, but can see that she's not reassured by your words. "But let's save that for later. Now, would you agree to my terms...?"

"I... would..." She whispers, though she can barely look you in the eyes. "But Reeza... I'm not sure I could live on without her..."

"Then I'd let her bunk right here, with you." You tell her, like there was nothing strange about it whatsoever. "It is common for goblins to have several wives, as for the women to have plenty of lovers. I doubt my own kin would see anything wrong with my wife having another besides me."

"But...?" Sheila just stares at you for a moment, then can barely keep herself from laughing. "You make it sound so simple...! But do you think my sisters would agree just as easily? And especially Reeza! She's already guarding me with envy against others of our kind, so what would she think of sharing me with a goblin?!"

"Well, at least we could ask her." You say with a shrug of your shoulders. "She wouldn't be too far away, am I right...?"
