A pleasant surprise

Sam looked in shock as a Giant leathery Black wing slammed Mr Logan down to the ground, the Claw at the end of the massive wing pressed against his throat, Mr Griggs' skin had turned a deep purple and two large spiralling horns emerged from his head, "Apologies My Prince, I will not allow this pathetic Mortal to challenge royalty..." Sam smiled at Mr Griggs

"I knew you were a bit strange to be a human, you're a Higher Demon!" Mr Griggs continued to hold the now crying and screaming Mr Logan down, Sam Knelt down looking at the terrified man "Silence!" he hushed though he was still extremely panicked, "Now, How about I change the terms of our deal a bit..." Mr Logan stared wide-eyed at Sam who suddenly held in his hand a long Contract and a dark, black pen.

Mr Griggs chuckled as he saw it, Sam pointed to the Contract, "right, this... is a Devil's contract, and on it is our new deal..." Sam saw the small mix of curiosity in his eyes "Go on ask what the new terms are...."

he shook and trembled as he mumbled, "W-what are the new T-Terms?" Sam sat next to Mr Logan and showed him

"Well, via the rules of Fate, you are now bound for ****, once a Human is aware of Celestial beings, they have to die or... be dealt with by a Higher Celestial..." He was clearly confused but Sam continued anyway "...And luckily for you, I happen to be a Half Royal Demon, now I won't have Mr Griggs here kill you if you Give me your Fortune and whatever supplies it, this Penthouse and a Formal Writ stating that all of which officially belongs to me; an age-old family friend...." his eyes widened some more as he heard the terms

"A-And if I refuse anyway?"

Sam Laughed for a good long while "...Then I won't just kill you, I'll send the footage on that camera up there to your family and the local paper, plus I'm sure that you likely have richer family members, a little shit like you is neither smart enough or lucky enough to become this rich!"

He began to sob as he realised how fucked he was, "Okay, Okay, I'll sign!"

Sam grinned "Good choice Mr Logan..." Sam gestured for Mr Griggs to let him up, which he did lifting his massive wing. Mr Logan stood tears streaming down his face as he took the pen and Contract signing the bottom

"W-where will I go?" Sam made the contract vanish as he chuckled to himself

"I don't care, just make sure that you do as I said oh and make sure that I don't get any shit about my new funds, otherwise I'll have to find you again!" the man sobbed as he ran out of the room.

Sam crossed his arms watching as Mr Griggs reverted back to human form, "Well then... what are we gonna do with you?"
