A planet in Warhammer 40k

Omnipotence felt strangely... restrictive. Which was an odd way to phrase it considering he could probably do anything he could possibly imagine, but only on this planet. The only way he could describe it was localized omnipotence. Again an odd way of phrasing it but it probably was the most accurate. One second he was Jason Williams, just some guy minding his own business in his obscure but comfortable existence. The next moment he was transported to his favorite fictional universe and became the owner of this planet. Using the stars and the awful green band of the great rift in the sky he figured out he was somewhere in the Ultima Segmentum. More precisely between Baal and Coelia, a curiously empty place in 40k lore. Who made him the lord and master of this planet? That was the question.

Suffice to say it was not the jester, nor big E, nor those 4 warp cancers and most certainly not those 2 green hooligans. He blinked a couple of times and felt a wry smile form on his face. He got the image of a vaguely bat like being, something about 'liking the game' and 'shits and giggles'. Anyone who knew this universe would be scared shitless. Jason just felt exited, ecstatic even. With this power he had this entire universe at his fingertips.

Jason peered over his domain and he had to admit it didn't look like much. It was some kind of cold high desert scrub land with low hills and rounded mountains in the distance. Pine like forests and white peaks completed the image. He closed his eyes and let his mind wash over the very sizable world, almost 10 times the size of earth. No imperial/human presence, no Eldar, no Necrons, no Orks, nothing. In many ways it was a virgin world, savage beauty but not over the top like a **** world. He smiled as he saw some of the creatures that roamed the planet. Most of them were fairly small hairy creatures or avians. There were only two really strange creatures. A large hairy lizard walking around in herds and a huge penguin like creature. There was also a grumpy looking small feline that would make an excellent pet. He could make everything he desired. Instantly an avian almost extinct back home was now alive and thriving on this world. A beautiful large Condor settled down on a rock looking at him inquisitively. Jason smiled, so simple.

The question was, now what? He had ultimate power on this very planet. From this spot he could shape this galaxy and beyond. Jason quickly realized he might be the only being capable and willing to unfuck it. Heck he could even better it. How was he going to do that?
